Down below you have the workout schedule for the very popular home fitness program called Insanity by Beachbody. The Insanity workout was first released in 2009 and its reputation as “the hardest workout ever put on DVD” slowly began to grow.
This workout is scheduled for 60 days and you workout 6 days a week. The first month of the workouts consist of mostly cardio, plyometric, and athletic movements. The first month of workouts range between 30 to 44 minutes per workout. Once you head onto month number 2 the workouts get even more intense and range between 45 and 60 minutes time frames.
It is most definitely not a workout designed for beginners and should only be attempted if you have some type of fitness & workout experience. This workout is great if your are in moderate shape and are looking to take your fitness to the next level.
